How do you know the cars are genuine

All are cars are hand picked we take time, pride & care in what we purchase and offer for retail.

Do you offer Finance

Yes we do, we use a Finance Broker to handle all financial Questions, Quotes & Applications.

Are your cars checked with Hpi

All cars purchased are checked with Hpi against Damage Stolen Recovered or Finance. Any outstanding finances will have been settled along with a letter confirming no further interest.

NB. We do not purchase cars that are recorded on the VCAR register.

Warranty

The majority of my cars are under manufacturers warranty the new keeper is expected to look after the vehicle according to the manufacturers recommendations to keep the warranty valid.
 
All vehicles sold without manufacturers warranty come with 3 month 3000 miles mechanical breakdown warranty back to base unless otherwise stated.
 
Any items that are under the description as Wear & Tear are not covered.

We welcome any paid inspection via manufacturer of the vehicle you are purchasing or Affiliated body ie. RAC or AA.

Deposits / Part payments Terms and Conditions

All Major Credits cards Welcome VISA AMERICAN EXPRESS MASTERCARD

Deposits / Part Payments will only be refunded within a 48 hour period from the time payment to commit to purchase has been made.

All refunds will be returned in the same method as taken.

Credit Card payments taken on site via chip & pin will only be returned once we have cleared funds in the account (3 working Days).

Refunds taken over the telephone cannot be refunded without sight of Credit Card for chip and pin approval.

Due to the exposure or possible fraudulent misuse of Credit Cards it is sometimes necessary to allow up to 8 weeks to confirm funds are cleared and genuine from the genuine Credit Card holder before being returned.



Methods of payment.

Finance
If you are financing  your vehicle, you will be required to bring the following documents with you.
-  Passport
-  Both Card & Counter part of your full UK driver's License
-  Utility bill or bank statement (not mobile phone or credit card) which is dated within 90 days of  collection.
If any other further documents are required our finance broker will contact you.

Balance can be paid via Debit Car or Bank Transfer (cleared funds prior to collection).

Part Exchange
If you are part exchanging your vehicle, we will require the following items:

-  A current V5 Document
-  A valid MOT document
-  Service book showing all the relevant stamps
-  Spare keys
Failure not to bring with you any of the items may result in either not accepting the vehicle in part exchange or we have to offer an adjusted valuation.

Debit cards

We accept unlimited SWITCH or DEBIT card transactions which are instantaneous. it's advisable to notify your bank prior to transfer.

Bankers Draft or Cheques (UK):

Please make Bankers Draft payable to WMB MOTORS it will take 6 working days to clear into our accounts.

Credit Card

All major credit cards accepted up to VISA MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS (However these will attract a surcharge charge fee).

Part Exchanges

We consider all vehicles for part exchange regardless of age mileage or condition.

Cherished Transfers

If we are doing a cherished transfer on your behalf, please be aware that it can take up to 10 clear working days for the DVLA to process the transfer:

- V5 Document
- A Valid MOT Certificate (if required).
- Possible an insurance cover note pertaining to the car you are       purchasing only if the vehicle you are purchasing needs to be       taxed.                        
- A photo copy of the tax disc from the donor vehicle.

PayPal

We do not accept payment for cars via PayPal.
